Stop losing jobs to rivals who are simply higher on Google

When someone's boiler breaks or they want a new patio, most of them pick up their phone and search Google. They ring one of the first few businesses they see. Very few scroll down, and almost nobody goes to page 2.

That means the job often goes to whichever rival Google shows first, not to whoever does the best work. Your rivals do not have to be better than you. They just have to be higher up.
